1. Order Processing Time
1. All orders will be reviewed, inventory-checked and packed within 1-3 business days after successful payment. Once verified, we will arrange shipment promptly.
2. During weekends, official holidays and peak promotion periods, the order processing time may be extended by 1-2 business days. We will prioritize all orders and update logistics information in a timely manner.
3. If the ordered items are out of stock, customized or have other special circumstances, our customer service will notify you of the estimated shipping time in advance via email or in-site message.
2. Shipping Method Selection
We cooperate with Yanwen Logistics and several other high-quality international logistics channels. Based on your shipping address and product attributes, we will automatically match the most suitable and time-efficient logistics method for you, no manual selection required. All cooperating logistics providers have been strictly screened to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of packages.
3. Shipping Area & Delivery Time
1. We provide shipping services to most countries and regions around the world. Delivery may not be available to some remote areas and regions with strict customs control. Please contact customer service to confirm delivery feasibility before placing an order.
2. Reference for regular delivery time (excluding customs clearance and force majeure factors):
– Asia: 7-15 business days
– Europe & America: 10-25 business days
– Other regions: 15-35 business days
3. Delivery time may be slightly delayed due to customs, weather, policies and other force majeure factors in the destination country/region. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Shipping Fee & Tax Instructions
1. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on product weight, volume, shipping address and the matched logistics method. The final shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page in real time.
2. Our store occasionally launches free shipping promotions with a minimum order value. Specific promotion rules are subject to the announcements on the store homepage and promotion pages.
3. This site has activated the tax calculation function. When placing an order, the system will automatically calculate the relevant taxes in the destination country/region. The amount you pay includes product cost, shipping fee and corresponding taxes, and you do not need to bear additional regular taxes (except for special cases).
5. Customs Clearance Instructions
1. International packages need to go through customs clearance in the destination country/region. Relevant fees and required documents during customs clearance will be implemented in accordance with local customs policies.
2. Special agreements on customs clearance and logistics for single-unit products will not be clearly announced. For details, please contact online customer service directly.
3. We will declare product information in strict accordance with customs requirements, and do not support under-reporting, false reporting and other irregular operations. Any risks and costs arising therefrom shall be borne by the buyer.
4. If the package is returned or destroyed due to incorrect recipient information, refusal to cooperate with customs clearance, failure to provide customs clearance documents in a timely manner, etc., the relevant losses and shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer.
6. Order Tracking
1. After the order is shipped, the system will automatically send a notification email/in-site message containing the tracking number. You can log in to the “My Orders” page of the store to query the tracking number and real-time logistics status.
2. The update of overseas tracking information for some logistics channels may be delayed, which is a normal phenomenon. If there is no logistics update for a long time, you can contact customer service for assistance.
7. Abnormal Order Handling
1. If the package is lost, severely damaged, or the product is missing during transportation, please contact customer service to apply for handling within 48 hours after signing for receipt, and provide photos of the package, waybill and related products. Claims beyond this period will not be accepted.
2. For logistics delays and package abnormalities caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, customs control, logistics strikes, etc.), we will assist you in communicating with the logistics provider for handling, and will not bear additional punitive compensation.
8. Address Modification Instructions
1. Please be sure to check the recipient’s name, address, phone number, postcode and other information after placing the order. Incorrect address may lead to delivery failure, package loss or additional re-delivery fees. Relevant responsibilities and fees shall be borne by the buyer.
2. You can contact customer service to modify the shipping address before the order is shipped; once the order is shipped, the address cannot be intercepted or modified, please pay attention.
9. Policy Amendment
We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy according to operational adjustments, changes in logistics policies, updates to customs regulations, etc. After modification, it will be updated on the corresponding page of the store without separate notification. Your continued order placement shall be deemed as acceptance of the latest shipping policy.
