Return & Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy for CYF Energy Products

  1. Scope of Application: This policy applies to all photovoltaic products sold by Chunyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., including but not limited to PV combiner boxes, MC4 connectors, inverters, etc.
  2. Return Conditions:
    1. Quality Issues: If the received product has quality defects (such as damage, malfunction, failure to meet specifications, etc.), customers can apply for return or exchange within 15 working days after receipt.
    2. Non-quality Issues: For unopened products without quality problems, returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days after receipt, but the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs.
  3. Return Process:
    1. Contact Chunyang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. via email or official website to submit a return/exchange application, and provide the order number, product photos/videos, and a detailed description of the issue.
    2. After the application is approved, return the product to the designated address (shipping costs for quality issues will be borne by the seller; shipping costs for non-quality issues will be borne by the buyer).
    3. After the seller verifies the product, a full refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 working days.
  4. Exceptions:
    1. Products damaged due to human factors (such as improper installation, disassembly, modification, etc.).
    2. Products damaged by natural disasters, accidents, or other force majeure events.
    3. Products without original packaging, labels, or incomplete accessories.
    4. Products for which return/exchange applications are submitted beyond the specified time limit.
  5. Warranty Policy:
    1. All photovoltaic products (PV combiner boxes, MC4 connectors, inverters, etc.) come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
    2. During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions due to manufacturing defects, the seller will provide free repair or replacement services.
    3. The warranty does not cover shipping fees, installation fees, or damages caused by human factors/force majeure; the buyer needs to bear the cost of returning the product for warranty service.
